Export control is one of the key elements of the country's national security. The relevance and need to study this problem lies in the fact that in the world there is a real danger of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, their means of delivery, the latest weapons and military equipment created on the basis of high technologies. The greatest concern of the world community is the possibility of these weapons and technologies getting into countries with unstable situations or terrorist organizations and groups whose actions can destabilize the situation in a particular region of the world.
